Senior Branch Manager – Guildford

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our flagship Guildford office. You will own the performance of the residential sales team while remaining hands‑on with property valuations and listings.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of branch performance and growth.
• Lead, motivate and develop the residential sales team.
• Drive business growth across instructions, revenue and sales performance.
• Maintain and enhance the branch’s local market presence.
• Generate new business and deliver accurate, market‑leading appraisals.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and leadership to ensure team success.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency sales leadership.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and results‑focused.
• Ability to lead from the front and inspire a team.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a track record of winning instructions.
• Full UK driving licence.
