About the role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Activation Manager to lead impactful brand activation campaigns within the Beauty and Wellness sector. This permanent position offers the chance to drive brand growth and increase visibility for a well‑established FMCG organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand activation strategies to enhance market presence.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touch points.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment.
• Identify and leverage market trends to develop innovative activation initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align brand activation plans with business objectives.
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in FMCG marketing or brand activation, preferably in beauty, wellness or similar.
• Proven experience in managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Solid understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
