Senior Brand Designer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Monzo is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join its internal creative studio on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will help shape and evolve Monzo’s visual identity, working closely with product, marketing and external agencies to deliver compelling brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand projects from concept through execution.
• Refine and maintain brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Create motion storyboards, campaign assets and typography systems.
• Collaborate with product designers, marketers and external agencies on web, product and communication designs.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and drive innovative visual solutions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in branding and art direction with a strong portfolio.
• Conceptual thinker who can generate and clearly articulate ideas both visually and verbally.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving fintech environment and meet strategic goals.
