Senior Brewing Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced brewer to lead operations at an award‑winning independent craft brewery that has recently expanded its capacity to over 4 million pints per year. You will shape brewing processes, drive continuous improvement and support new product development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead brewery operations from brewing through to packaging.
- Plan and schedule production to meet demand.
- Develop and mentor the brewing team.
- Maintain quality standards and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Support recipe development and launch of new beers.
Required profile
- Extensive commercial brewing experience.
- Previous senior brewing or brewery leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of brewing processes and quality standards.
