Senior Business Analyst – Corporate Banking Transformation

About the role

Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Change & Transformation Practice. The role will be based in Glasgow (hybrid) and will support a leading corporate banking client on strategic onboarding and customer experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex requirements gathering and facilitate structured stakeholder workshops.
• Analyse customer contact drivers and identify underlying systemic issues.
• Map and redesign end‑to‑end customer journeys to improve efficiency and experience.
• Collaborate with data teams to validate pain points and quantify impact.
• Develop structured delivery plans, track progress and ensure outcomes are achieved.
• Support prioritisation of initiatives and contribute to business case development.
• Drive disciplined change implementation across onboarding and servicing processes.
• Document requirements and solutions clearly, ensuring traceability and governance alignment.

Required profile

• Strong experience within Corporate Banking or Mid‑Market Banking environments.
• Proven ability to analyse customer journeys, service pain points, and contact drivers.
• Experience delivering contact‑reduction strategies and measurable process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Track record of structured delivery planning and progress tracking.
• Excellent documentation capability and analytical thinking.
• Process‑improvement mindset with a “change brain” approach.
• Ability to combine big‑picture transformation thinking with disciplined execution.
