Senior Business Analyst – Lead-to-Cash

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive Lead‑to‑Cash initiatives within our Digital Business Solutions team. You will partner with business and product teams to uncover value opportunities, design future‑state processes, and support the delivery of frictionless customer and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Document current business processes, identify challenges, and propose improvements.
• Gather high‑level business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain stakeholder expectations and raise issues to project managers when needed.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders through clear communication.
• Collaborate with technology teams to create detailed user stories for development and QA.
• Analyze existing systems, evaluate solution options, and assess technical and business suitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process modelling using BPMN and translating requirements into user stories.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, and tools.
• Ability to plan and facilitate small to medium workshops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organisational levels.
• Hands‑on experience in agile environments (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Lead‑to‑Cash processes and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making and analytics tools.
