Senior Business Analyst – SAP Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive technology‑enabled change across supply chain, planning and manufacturing functions for a large enterprise. You will act as the bridge between business partners, technology teams and suppliers, translating complex needs into clear requirements and practical process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation and prioritisation for large‑scale change initiatives.
• Support SAP‑related process changes in planning, manufacturing and quality management applications.
• Act as workstream lead on major projects or manage smaller, high‑impact business changes.
• Design and optimise business processes, and oversee UAT, training and adoption activities.
• Coach, coordinate and mentor Business Analysts, functional consultants and matrix project teams.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of Business Analysis experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical delivery teams.
• Track record of delivering business‑critical technology or application change.
• Experience in supply chain, S&OP, manufacturing, quality management or MES domains.
