Senior Business Development Manager – 12 Month Fixed-Term

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to support a global disputes and contentious regulatory practice. You will drive strategic business development and marketing initiatives across an international network, working closely with senior stakeholders, partners and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business development and marketing activities, including strategic planning, client development and pitching.
• Design and execute thought‑leadership campaigns, events and profile‑raising initiatives.
• Manage and develop a small team, ensuring high standards of delivery and collaboration.
• Collaborate with partners and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Commercially minded and proactive BD professional with strong experience in a professional services environment.
• Proven track record in business development, marketing campaigns, client targeting and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, organisational and people‑management abilities.
