Senior Business Development Manager – Fire Alarm Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new fire alarm system projects across the South East of England. You will focus on securing high‑value installations, typically above £250k, and expanding our portfolio of major projects up to £1m.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new fire alarm installation contracts with end‑users, contractors, facilities managers and consultants.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of projects valued at £250k–£1m, from initial contact through to billing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Hertfordshire, Essex, North London and East London.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling fire alarm systems or similar security solutions.
• Strong network of contacts within the fire safety sector.
• Track record of winning large‑scale projects (minimum £250k).
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
