Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

This position offers a senior‑level opportunity to drive new‑business growth for a fast‑expanding payroll bureau. You will work with recruitment agencies and businesses that need reliable, compliant payroll solutions, building a pipeline from scratch while leveraging an established brand and leadership support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage recruitment agencies and companies requiring payroll bureau services.
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers such as directors and owners.
• Present tailored payroll solutions that match client needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and forecast revenue.

Required profile

• Proven track record in winning new B2B clients, preferably in payroll, recruitment or financial services.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers and negotiating contracts.
• Highly motivated by targets, earnings and career progression.
• Self‑starter who thrives in an autonomous, high‑growth environment.
