Senior Business Development Manager – Luxury Dealers (International)

About the role

Lutron is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead its Luxury Dealer business outside North America. Based in London, you will shape the global luxury strategy, build partner capabilities and drive profitable growth across diverse international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for luxury residential markets in 100V and 230V regions.
• Develop multi‑year business plans that align with the Luxury Business Unit objectives.
• Design, recruit, onboard and enable an international dealer network, improving productivity over time.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, marketing, product, service, training, operations and finance—to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate market maturity, voltage standards, installation norms and customer expectations into tailored channel models.
• Represent dealer needs in product and portfolio planning to ensure relevance and growth.
• Establish performance metrics, operating rhythms and visibility dashboards to monitor channel health and risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in channel leadership, sales leadership or go‑to‑market strategy, preferably within luxury residential, hospitality or project‑based solutions.
• Proven track record of building or scaling dealer, distributor or partner networks across multiple international markets.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed, multi‑country organisations.
• Excellent analytical, business‑planning and commercial judgement skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with experience influencing senior decision‑makers globally.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50 % internationally.
