Senior Business Development Manager – Probate (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth in our probate and estate administration business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will expand our professional referral network, forge strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term business development strategies for the probate sector.
• Build and nurture relationships with introducers such as IFAs, will writers, solicitors, accountants, banks and building societies.
• Identify, secure and manage new referral partnerships and expand existing ones.
• Deliver presentations, CPD sessions, workshops and training for partners and internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking forums.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements while ensuring governance and compliance.
• Act as principal relationship manager for key institutional clients.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless referral hand‑over.
• Provide market insights and support the development of new services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development within probate, legal or financial services.
• Strong network of professional advisers and institutional partners.
• Consultative, relationship‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence growth and shape commercial strategy.
