Senior Business Manager – Hybrid (Leeds)

About the role

M4 Talent Group is launching a brand‑new Senior Business Manager position in its North Territory, based in Leeds. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on client management, allowing you to shape the region’s growth from day one while leading a team of Territory Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and support a team of Territory Managers to achieve high‑quality sales and operational performance.
• Resolve escalated service issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Set objectives, monitor performance and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee workload distribution to cover planned and unplanned absences.
• Manage a personal portfolio of key clients, conduct review meetings and identify upsell opportunities.
• Contribute to business development strategy by providing market insights and participating in targeted sales activities.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align proposals, pricing and service commitments with operational capability.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in transport, logistics, driving or industrial sectors.
• Ambitious, commercially driven leader with a high‑energy sales approach.
• Experience in temporary recruitment within the driving & industrial market is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage both people and a personal billings portfolio.
