Senior C# .NET Developer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned C# .NET Developer to join a high‑performing team building a sophisticated, enterprise‑grade software platform. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, designing new functionality, improving existing systems, and shaping the future direction of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality C# code for large‑scale applications.
• Implement new features and enhance existing components to improve performance, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical solutions.
• Work with messaging (RabbitMQ), web services (REST/SOAP), and data stores such as MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of commercial software development experience.
• Proven experience building complex, enterprise‑level applications.
• Background in a product‑focused technology company where software is the core business.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, OOP design principles and low‑level concepts (memory management, threading, concurrency).
• Excellent debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
