Senior Care Assistant

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead our care team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes in Eastbourne. You will ensure residents receive high‑quality personal care, medication management and a warm, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver outstanding care.
- Provide personal care and support to residents.
- Administer medication safely and responsibly.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
Required profile
- Compassionate and dedicated attitude towards residents.
- Genuine interest in connecting with residents and their families.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous.
- Willingness to develop skills through tailored training.

- Medication administration
