Senior Care Assistant – Luxury Dementia Care Home

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join a luxury residential dementia care home in Gosport. The role is full‑time (36 hours per week) with day or night shift patterns, providing person‑centred care in a warm, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to residents living with dementia.
• Support and guide the care team across shifts, acting as a role model and mentor.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and daily living activities.
• Contribute to personalised care plans and ensure they are followed.
• Participate in meaningful activities that enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Previous experience in a care setting is essential.
