Senior Chartered Paraplanner – Path to Financial Adviser

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Chartered Paraplanner to join a respected independent wealth management practice in Marlow. The role offers a clear progression route to become a Financial Adviser while working on high‑net‑worth client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings with advisers, conduct fact‑finding and support relationship management.
• Prepare detailed suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
• Research pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning solutions.
• Liaise with clients, product providers and third parties to implement advice.
• Support the design and delivery of holistic financial strategies and ongoing client reviews.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure FCA‑compliant record keeping.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum).
• 3‑4 years of paraplanning experience within an independent financial practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax and estate planning.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high quality standards.
