Senior Client Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Client Accountant to lead the delivery of service charge and statutory accounts for lost sites within our Client Accounting team. The role sits at the heart of operations, collaborating with clients, auditors and internal colleagues to ensure accurate, compliant hand‑overs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise service charge and statutory accounts for RMC/RTM portfolios.
• Produce interim and final account packs for lost sites and oversee smooth transitions to new managing agents.
• Manage relationships with auditors, clients, managing agents and internal teams.
• Support VAT reporting, budgeting activities and ad‑hoc financial reporting.
• Investigate and resolve accounting queries promptly and maintain reporting trackers.
• Meet agreed KPIs and deadlines to uphold team performance standards.
