Senior Client Administrator – Financial Services

About the role

This is a full‑time senior position within a well‑established financial planning practice in Central London. The role focuses on accurate and timely processing of new business, maintaining client records and supporting the adviser team with essential administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business and client transactions using the Curo platform.
• Update client information, perform data cleansing and monitor event lists.
• Handle withdrawals, contributions, drawdowns, Bed & SIPP and Bed & ISA transactions.
• Prepare pre‑completed provider forms, review packs and schedule annual client meetings.
• Issue suitability reports and post‑meeting correspondence within agreed timescales.
• Manage client documentation for departed or deceased clients and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with providers on Letters of Authority and other correspondence.

Required profile

• Proven experience within financial services.
• Confidential, reliable and trustworthy.
• Self‑motivated, resilient with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Regulatory awareness of IFA compliance requirements.
• Working towards or holding a Level 4 relevant industry qualification (desirable).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Curo client‑administration platform.
• Experience using financial platforms for transaction processing and data management.
