Senior Client Manager – Financial Planning

About the role

Join an award‑winning, independent Chartered financial planning firm as a Senior Client Manager. You will manage a portfolio of 30‑40 high‑net‑worth families, guiding them through estate planning, family dynamics and complex financial strategies without sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct four to five local client meetings per week, building relationships and shaping financial strategies.
• Own the advisory process up to the point of advice, including estate and wealth planning.
• Collaborate with senior planners and the CEO on complex cases.
• Maintain a diary within core hours (10:00‑16:00) and work a 37.5‑hour week.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience working with high‑net‑worth clients in financial planning.
• CII Level 4 Diploma (Chartered or progressing towards it) is ideal.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues.

Required skills

• Knowledge of estate planning and wealth management principles.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for financial advice.
