Senior Client Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Client Project Manager will own the global client onboarding function for a fast‑growing technology business. Working hybrid (three days on‑site in Hatfield), you will shape onboarding strategy, lead a small team and partner across commercial, product, marketing and support to deliver a seamless, scalable client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and continuously optimise the end‑to‑end onboarding process across markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a dedicated onboarding team.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable improvements and manage onboarding projects to meet timelines, quality and client‑experience targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.
• Track performance using data and KPIs, refining processes based on insights.
• Communicate progress, risks and outcomes to senior leadership and run workshops to align teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, operations or process improvement.
• Strong background in client onboarding or similar customer‑facing operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics and KPIs.
