Senior CNC Machinist – 5 Axis – Equity & Bonus

About the role

This senior CNC Machinist position is based in Bermondsey, supporting a rapidly growing bespoke manufacturing business with an international footprint. You will work on cutting‑edge projects for aerospace, defence and robotics sectors, operating and programming advanced 5‑axis CNC equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program a variety of 5‑axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Act as a go‑to machinist in the new factory and train junior team members.
• Collaborate with the workshop team on business strategy and project delivery.
• Contribute to ongoing projects while maintaining high precision and quality standards.

Required profile

• Experienced CNC Machinist or similar professional.
• Motivated to join a high‑growth, dynamic company.
• Commutable to Bermondsey, London.
