Senior Commercial Account Handler

About the role

Our client, a leading multinational insurance broker, is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to support a portfolio of large corporate clients. You will work within a high‑performing team, delivering specialist insurance solutions and ensuring a superior level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and service corporate commercial insurance accounts.
• Assist with new business broking and renewal (re‑broking) exercises.
• Maintain existing business relationships and provide technical advice.
• Act as the primary contact for client queries, policy amendments and endorsements.
• Provide guidance and referral support to less experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial account handling or commercial underwriting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commercial insurance knowledge.
• Motivation to progress with ACII qualification (supported but not essential).

Required skills

• Familiarity with Acturis (beneficial but not essential).
