Senior Commercial Gas Engineer

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected HVAC and building services specialist for a Senior Commercial Gas Engineer. The role involves working on a long‑term commercial framework across Hertfordshire and North East London, delivering high‑quality gas engineering services to council properties and other commercial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and service commercial boilers, plant rooms and building plant systems.
• Carry out fault‑finding and diagnostics on commercial gas systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and uphold health and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Valid commercial gas tickets (essential).
• Relevant NVQ qualification or strong engineering background.
• Proven experience with commercial boiler and plant room maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proactive, mission‑driven mindset with a commitment to excellence.
