Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE)

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team in Gerrards Cross. This is a full‑time, hybrid position offering the chance to work on high‑value, complex disputes for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of high‑value commercial contract disputes.
• Handle shareholder, partnership and broader corporate disputes.
• Prepare and argue injunctions and other urgent applications.
• Lead cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Conduct insolvency‑related litigation and regulatory/compliance disputes.
• Provide strategic dispute‑avoidance and risk‑management advice.
• Drive business development and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑value disputes independently.
• Excellent drafting and analytical abilities.
• Commercially minded with strong client‑handling skills.
• Collaborative team player with leadership potential.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a Legal 500‑ranked practice.
• Experience of urgent injunctive work, cross‑border matters and insolvency disputes is advantageous.
