Senior Commercial Operations and Sales Manager

About the role

Orka Financial is seeking a senior leader to own both commercial and sales operations. You will drive the optimisation of pricing, costing and deal‑modelling tools while ensuring the sales pipeline, win management and compensation processes run smoothly across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the simplification, standardisation and scaling of sales and commercial processes.
• Develop and maintain pricing, costing and deal‑modelling tools; support large RFP responses.
• Conduct commercial quality‑assurance reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Provide financial and commercial analysis for large or complex deals.
• Manage end‑to‑end commercial contract operations and third‑party legal risk.
• Own the Kimble win process and regional pipeline hygiene, forecast reliability and data quality.
• Deliver executive reporting on bookings, KPIs, pipeline trends and sales‑operations metrics.
• Administer sales compensation processes and create enablement materials.
• Coordinate cross‑functional improvements, pricing tools, productised offerings and contract initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial operations, pricing, costing and financial analysis.
• Strong background in sales operations, pipeline management and compensation administration.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence commercial decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
