About the role
Rite Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Recruiter to join our dedicated branch in Epsom. You will lead commercial recruitment activities, build strong client and candidate relationships, and support the growth of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for temporary commercial roles, ensuring timely candidate delivery.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key account clients.
- Provide consultancy and resourcing support to commercial clients.
- Oversee candidate screening, registrations, reference checks and related administration.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to branch and wider business growth.
- Motivate and lead a team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial recruitment and branch operations.
- Strong sales, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
- Track record of meeting targets and driving business growth.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
