Senior Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join a leading independent pensions consultancy. Working within the SIPP leadership team, you will own customer and adviser communications, ensuring content is clear, engaging and drives excellent outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication strategies for SIPP customers and advisers.
• Produce clear, compliant content aligned with Consumer Duty and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape the overall customer experience.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of communication materials across channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a communications role within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the SIPP market and regulated customer communications.
• Excellent written and technical writing abilities.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and a self‑starter attitude.
