About the role
IPS Group is partnering with a market‑leading insurance company to recruit a Senior Complex Claims Handler for its Leeds office. You will manage a varied portfolio of high‑value, complex claims and play a key part in the team’s success.
Key responsibilities
- Handle complex liability (EL, PL), professional indemnity, cyber and other insurance claims valued from £100k upwards.
- Determine liability, assess exposure and negotiate settlements.
- Lead and contribute to key projects within the Claims function.
- Collaborate with a 12‑person Complex Team to meet collective and individual targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar claims handling role within an insurer or a legal environment.
- Background in handling EL/PL claims and a desire to progress to more complex cases.
