Senior Construction Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Construction Coordinator will support the delivery of construction projects across multiple sites, acting as the main link between site teams and the head office. This full‑time position requires strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to project administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project administration duties for live projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to project managers and supervisors.
• Upload, maintain and audit project documentation on company systems and client portals.
• Track health & safety compliance, training certifications (PASMA, IPAF, SMSTS) and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, insurance verification and PQQ processes.
• Arrange deliveries, inductions and maintain security clearances, DBS checks and asbestos awareness records.
• Collect, review and resolve weekly operative timesheets and submit them to payroll.

Required profile

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between site and head office.
• Experience in construction administration or a similar coordination role.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £40,000‑£45,000 per annum.
• Standard Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm schedule (37.5 hours).
• Opportunity to work across both London site office and Brentwood head office.
