Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant - Agile Transformation

About the role

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior or Managing Consultant to join its fast‑growing Agile Transformation team. You will work with strategic clients to redesign operating models, embed AI‑enabled agility, and drive systemic adaptability across large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Shape client engagements from strategy through execution, focusing on portfolio governance, decision rights, and funding models.
• Develop and promote AI‑Empowered Agile Transformation propositions, including thought‑leadership content such as whitepapers and LinkedIn posts.
• Lead business development activities: write proposals, pitch to senior buyers, and build relationships at industry events.
• Contribute to practice building by designing offering components, mentoring junior consultants, and participating in hiring.
• Guide organisations in shifting from delivery agility to systemic adaptability and embedding AI as a structural capability.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, DevOps, or Kanban initiatives at large enterprises.
• Comfort presenting to C‑level stakeholders (CIO, COO, Head of Transformation).
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI’s impact on enterprise agility.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
