Senior Consultant - Migration Architect

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Migration Architect to lead end‑to‑end data and content migrations for Life Sciences customers moving to the Vault platform. Based in London and working remotely across the EU/UK, you will design migration strategies, guide customers through ETL processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Vault R&D migration projects, transitioning legacy systems to the Vault platform.
• Own migration projects from strategy through execution, validation and verification.
• Advise customers on ETL processes, data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and mentor Data Migration Specialists, fostering consistency across teams.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and evolve migration frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance migration tooling and automation.
• Support project scoping, estimation and strategic insight.

Required profile

• 8+ years of data and content migration experience with enterprise systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce or Oracle.
• 5+ years of project leadership and customer‑facing consulting experience in complex enterprise software implementations.
• Strong communication skills for senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences regulations (GxP, validation processes).
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% across Europe.
