Senior Content Designer – 9‑Month Maternity Secondment

About the role

Sky Limited is seeking a Senior Content Designer to cover a nine‑month maternity secondment within its Digital Customer Experience team. You will shape content across sky.com, the My Sky app, agent macros and transactional communications, ensuring a seamless experience for UK & Ireland customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, intuitive content for web and native platforms that meets business and customer objectives.
• Champion the customer voice, using insights to prioritize and improve content.
• Collaborate with Agile squads, guide stakeholders and evolve content practices.
• Leverage AI, LLMs and CMS tools to create, test and optimise content.
• Align content with CX KPIs, SEO, WCAG and compliance standards, measuring impact on experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing user‑centred content for large‑scale digital products.
• Expertise in UX writing, plain language, inclusive content and editorial standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and validate journeys.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
