Senior Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Content Producer to join our fast‑growing events business in London. Working on a flagship portfolio worth £4 million, you will shape conference agendas, secure top‑tier speakers and drive strategic direction across 3‑4 high‑impact events.

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate compelling conference programmes aligned with market trends.
• Identify, approach and manage relationships with senior speakers and industry experts.
• Oversee end‑to‑end event production, including budgeting, scheduling and logistics.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of each event.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2:1 (or higher) degree qualification.
• 2‑4 years’ experience in conference or event production.
• Excellent written communication and research abilities.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Background in journalism, content creation, marketing, media or communications is advantageous.
