Senior Conversion Rate Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Specialist to join AJ Bell’s CX and Experimentation team in Southwark. You will drive growth of our direct‑to‑consumer business by optimizing digital journeys and improving conversion performance across our platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a testing roadmap with the Experimentation Manager, aligning experiments with regulatory requirements.
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user journeys and conversion funnels.
• Analyse test results, communicate insights and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Become the platform super‑user, independently creating tests and metrics from conception to delivery.
• Monitor website performance using tools such as Contentsquare, GA4 and GetFeedback, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to enhance the digital user experience.
• Work closely with marketing, product, technology and UX teams to deliver the testing roadmap.
• Manage relationships with third‑party providers supporting the experimentation agenda.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in conversion optimisation.
