Senior Coordinator, Partnership Operations

About the role

Merlin is looking for an experienced digital music operations professional to join its Partnership Operations team. The Senior Coordinator will manage relationships with key digital partners, support Merlin deals, and help independent members maximise partnership benefits. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes and solving complex operational challenges in a fast‑moving industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operational relationships with digital partners such as Apple, Meta, and YouTube.
• Manage operations for Merlin partnerships, including new DSP onboarding and implementation.
• Resolve operational issues and gather feedback from Merlin members.
• Improve workflows and operational processes across the partnership team.
• Monitor industry and technical developments, including DDEX standards.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain partners to ensure efficient content delivery.
• Prepare and distribute operational communications to members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in digital music, distribution, labels, or artist services, preferably in content operations.
• Strong understanding of digital music distribution, DSPs, and digital supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to handle confidential information.
