Senior Corporate Broker – Complex Insurance Programme Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Broker to lead the design and placement of sophisticated corporate insurance programmes for large, multi‑class clients. Based in Leeds with hybrid working, you will operate at the market‑facing side of the business, influencing strategy and driving negotiations with insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and place complex corporate insurance programmes.
• Lead negotiations with insurers on large, multi‑class placements.
• Manage significant renewal cycles and support new‑business pitches.
• Act as a technical referral point for colleagues across the team.
• Shape market strategy in collaboration with Account Executives and Directors.

Required profile

• Current experience at Corporate Broker/Handler level within the insurance market.
• Proven ability to handle layered programmes and sizeable premium spends.
• Strong communication style, calm and credible when challenging underwriters.
• Established relationships with insurers and exposure to complex commercial risks.
