About the role

The Creative department at The Beauty Tech Group drives the visual identity of our brands across the globe. As a Senior Creative you will translate strategy into compelling visual experiences that span digital, social, retail, e‑commerce and brand channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end creative development of campaigns, from ideation through execution across social, digital, retail, e‑commerce, PR and brand touchpoints.
• Produce strong visual concepts, key visuals, moodboards, storyboards and creative routes that align with brand guidelines.
• Translate briefs into premium, commercially effective creative ideas for product launches, retail activations, email, web, packaging and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and brand marketing stakeholders to ensure consistency and impact.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines while pushing creative standards forward.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in creative advertising or design, with a portfolio that showcases strong campaign work.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and ability to generate fresh, commercially relevant ideas.
• Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for design, beauty, culture and emerging trends.
