Senior Creative Services Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Services Manager to lead the creative services function for a well‑established UK clothing brand. Working four days in the office and one day from home, you will shape the brand’s creative direction, develop processes, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the creative services function, overseeing three senior managers and a wider dotted‑line team.
• Define, communicate, and maintain the brand’s creative vision across all touchpoints.
• Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
• Improve team structures, processes and ways of working.
• Oversee delivery of campaigns, photoshoots and other creative projects.
• Balance creative ambition with budgetary and commercial constraints.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, high‑performing culture.
• Coach managers and their teams, managing priorities, deadlines and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing managers.
• Strong knowledge of brand, content, PR, retail marketing and production.
• Ability to set a clear creative vision and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercially focused, collaborative and comfortable working with autonomy.
• Low‑ego, energetic leadership style.
• Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle or other consumer‑facing brands is a plus.
