About the role

The Senior Creative Strategist for the UK/EU will bridge global creative output with the nuances of European consumer behaviour. You will translate high‑performing US creative concepts for UK, German and French audiences while building a fast‑moving experimentation framework that drives acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify top‑performing US creative assets and adapt them for UK, DE and FR markets.
• Own and evolve the experimentation framework that enables rapid testing, documentation, and scaling of winning concepts.
• Collaborate with global creative teams to ensure alignment while maintaining regional relevance.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data‑informed creative strategies.
• Make high‑judgment decisions in ambiguous environments and turn insights into scalable actions.
