Senior CRM Analyst

About the role

This senior position leads CRM analytics for a large, customer‑focused organisation, using data to shape marketing strategy, optimise campaigns and drive commercial outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across marketing and commercial teams, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead CRM analytics to support data‑driven marketing strategies and campaign optimisation.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on campaign measurement and customer analytics.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to design, execute and evaluate campaigns.
• Deliver insights through data storytelling and visualisation.
• Contribute to CRM and marketing planning using customer and campaign analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and maximise ROI.
• Promote best practice across analytics and introduce new tools and techniques.
• Support and mentor colleagues, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience using SQL with large‑scale datasets.
• End‑to‑end analytics project delivery, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Deep understanding of B2C CRM, customer journeys and targeting strategies.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Confident stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
