Senior CSA Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CSA Project Manager to join a fast‑growing contractor operating in the data‑centre, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and mission‑critical construction sectors. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will become a key member of the leadership team, overseeing the full lifecycle of civil, structural and architectural works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design coordination and technical tender assessments for complex projects.
• Manage procurement, programme and budget control, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, daily site activities and vendor relationships.
• Implement risk and opportunity management procedures, including early‑warning systems.
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance and handover of projects to the operations team.
• Maintain client liaison, managing expectations and delivering project updates.

Required profile

• Extensive CSA (civil, structural & architectural) construction background.
• Proven track record delivering data‑centre, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical or other mission‑critical projects.
• Experience leading high‑value construction programmes in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to travel to Bath or stay away on expensed assignments.
