Senior Customer Data Analyst (Contract)

About the role

This contract role joins a high‑impact analytics team to deliver immediate insights and build long‑term value for a fast‑growing, investment‑backed organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape data‑driven decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights on customer segmentation, behaviour and lifecycle trends.
• Build and enhance churn models and retention strategies to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance and ROI, providing clear recommendations to optimise spend.
• Identify short‑term wins while contributing to longer‑term analytical frameworks.
• Explore new data sources, including customer service and device data, to uncover deeper insights.
• Partner with global stakeholders to influence decisions and demonstrate analytics value across regions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in SQL and Python or R for advanced analysis.
• Proven track record delivering insights in churn, retention and marketing performance.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a hands‑on environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, influencing across multiple teams or geographies.
• Background in telecoms or fast‑paced consumer environments is advantageous.
