Senior Customer Solutions Manager, Aerospace and Satellite

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join its Aerospace & Satellite team in London. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders of commercial space, satellite and aerospace organisations, helping them design and execute cloud‑based strategies that accelerate their missions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary customer engagements that involve Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture and Professional Services.
• Define and drive cloud migration, AI/ML adoption and automation road‑maps for satellite telemetry, command platforms and ground‑system operations.
• Work backwards from customer goals such as generative‑AI assistants, agentic AI workflows and intelligent launch‑readiness automation.
• Own end‑to‑end execution across AWS teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Travel 25 %–40 % of the time to meet customers across the region.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguous, high‑stakes situations.
• Strong critical‑thinking, self‑motivation and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience delivering large‑scale cloud transformation projects in the aerospace or satellite domain.
