Senior Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

WalkMe, now part of SAP, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager who is fluent in French. You will act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of roughly ten Fortune 1000 customers, helping them unlock the full value of the WalkMe platform and drive digital adoption across their organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to maximize value and retention.
• Prepare and lead Executive Business Reviews focused on adoption, ROI, and renewal opportunities.
• Maintain deep knowledge of WalkMe’s product roadmap to guide customers toward success.
• Educate customers on relevant features and best‑practice usage.
• Understand industry trends and digital‑adoption challenges to identify new use cases.
• Build strategic, trusted‑advisor relationships with decision‑makers, champions, and economic buyers.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to create Success Plans with clear metrics.
• Monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and recommend remediation.
• Partner with Renewal Managers, Account Executives, Services, and Technical Account Managers to ensure renewals and expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or post‑sales relationship management.
• Proven track record working with Fortune 1000 companies and senior executives.
• Experience managing quarterly retention and growth quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a book of enterprise customer accounts.
