Senior Data Analyst – Hybrid (London)

About the role

This senior data analyst position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing media and events business. Working two days a week on‑site in London, you will partner with revenue‑generating teams to turn data into actionable commercial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end reporting and analytics across marketing, sales, product and events.
• Design, build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports for websites, subscriptions, events and digital products.
• Analyse audience behaviour, campaign performance, email engagement and product usage.
• Deliver post‑campaign and post‑event analysis alongside ongoing performance reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs, success metrics and data quality standards.
• Work with data engineering and external partners to enhance reporting infrastructure while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience delivering insights that influence business decisions.
• Proven ability to communicate data clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in media, publishing, digital products or events data is highly beneficial.

Required skills

• SQL (experience with Google BigQuery or similar data warehouses).
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
• Dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing data.
