Senior Data Analyst – Returners Programme

About the role

FDM Group is seeking experienced data professionals who have taken a career break of 12 months or more. As a Senior Data Analyst in our Returners Programme, you will re‑enter the workforce while receiving structured training, coaching, and the chance to work on large‑scale data and analytics projects for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end data and analytics projects across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to data modelling, engineering, warehousing, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Apply automation, machine‑learning, and modern data platform techniques to generate business value.
• Progress within the consultancy ladder, potentially moving toward Principal Consultant level.

Required profile

• 12+ months career break.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in data analytics, technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business and technology problem‑solving.
• Commitment to at least two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
