Senior Data & ML Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

Join our cutting-edge Advanced Technology team to drive innovation through high-impact data and AI solutions. As a Data & ML Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end intelligence, from complex data engineering and pipeline design to the deployment of production-ready machine learning models for large-scale client projects.

Main Missions

• Design, build, and maintain robust data engineering pipelines and scalable architectures.
• Develop, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models in production environments.
• Implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, including NLP and emerging technologies such as GenAI and Agentic AI.
• Manage the full MLOps lifecycle using CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical excellence.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in managing the entire data and ML lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with high-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for emerging AI trends.

Required Skills

• Programming & Data: Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks.
• Machine Learning: NLP, Deep Learning, GenAI, Agentic AI.
• DevOps & MLOps: CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data Visualization: Power BI or Tableau.
