Oscar Technology is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join its fast‑growing data function in Manchester. The role focuses on tackling complex business problems, shaping AI‑assisted workflows, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse commercial, operational and strategic topics across the business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define questions, develop analytical approaches and present actionable insights.
• Help design and improve AI‑enabled analytical workflows and frameworks.
• Ensure analytical outputs are robust, transparent and add lasting value.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mind with strategic reasoning.
• Proven track record of solving commercially meaningful, ambiguous problems.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort working autonomously and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Curiosity about AI‑enabled analytics and future directions.
