Missions principales

• Manage a diverse and high-volume portfolio of debt recovery litigation.
• Advise clients on recovery strategies, potential risks, and optimal recovery options.
• Conduct litigation matters through judicial channels, including negotiation and enforcement.
• Deliver pragmatic, results-oriented commercial solutions to meet client objectives.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key financial institutions.

Profil recherché

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Proven track record in litigation and debt recovery management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is highly desirable.
